Job summary

CIC Warsaw is seeking a Founder's Associate to protect Tim's time and turn relationships, ideas, and commitments into action. This executive-support role blends strategic and creative reach and will be embedded in CIC's culture across global teams.

The role is based at one CIC campus (Warsaw or Tokyo) with most work aligning to local business hours and occasional travel with Tim as needed. Fluency in English and AI interest are essential.

Qualifications

• Polished written and spoken English with senior-level communication.
• Analytical, curious mind with genuine interest in AI and technology.
• Authorization to work in Poland and ability to work primarily from CIC Warsaw.
• Helpful experience: executive support, cross-cultural work, podcast or digital media.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of Tim's calendar and inbox.
• Plan complex international travel end to end and adapt plans as needed.
• Maintain a trusted system for commitments, decisions, priorities, and follow-ups.
• Help Tim stay connected to senior colleagues and partners worldwide.
• Support Tim's podcast and media operations: research, scheduling, subtitles, and promotion.
• Use AI to automate routine work and continuously redesign processes.
