Job summary

Seargin Ltd. is seeking an experienced AI software engineer to design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions, intelligent assistants, and autonomous AI agents. You will build RAG pipelines, integrate LLMs with enterprise data sources, and deliver production-ready AI services.

The role emphasizes Python-based API development, FastAPI services, and advanced orchestration of multi-agent systems within a global business context.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience developing, deploying, and integrating Generative AI applications, intelligent assistants, or AI agent solutions.
• Strong practical knowledge of Agentic AI concepts, autonomous workflows, agent communication patterns, and orchestration approaches.
• Experience working with Large Language Models, external APIs, tool integrations, and enterprise AI application architectures.
• Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation concepts and practical implementation of RAG-based solutions.
• Strong Python development skills with experience building APIs and backend services, preferably using FastAPI.
• Experience designing agent orchestration workflows and ideally implementing multi-agent architectures in production environments.
• Proven experience taking AI solutions from proof of concept through testing, industrialization, deployment, and operational support.
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes, testing methodologies, technical documentation standards, and maintainable software development principles.
• French proficiency at B2 level or higher, enabling effective communication with stakeholders and project teams.
• Ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders while translating requirements into scalable AI solutions.
