Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced AI Solution & Product Engineer who can quickly transform client challenges into working prototypes.

You will combine software development, quality engineering, and technical consulting to validate ideas, select the right technology, and estimate the effort required to turn successful concepts into production-ready solutions.

Gen AI will be an important part of your toolkit, but not the only one. You will recommend the technology that genuinely fits the problem, whether that means AI, traditional software, integrations, or automation.

What You Will Do

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in software development and/or quality engineering.

• Practical experience with automated testing and test strategy.
• Ability to build an end-to-end solution independently or as part of a small team.
• Hands-on experience applying Gen AI or LLMs in real solutions.
• Experience working directly with clients or business stakeholders.
• Ability to estimate technical work and clearly communicate assumptions and risks.
• A university degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field, or an equivalent practical track record.
