Job summary

Seargin Ltd seeks a senior GenAI Consultant to design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions across enterprise clients. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business challenges into scalable, production-ready architectures and contribute to presales activities.

Responsibilities include leading workshops, mentoring teams, and staying ahead of AI trends while traveling internationally to support global clients and project teams.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience building GenAI solutions using LLMs, agentic frameworks, and RAG architectures.
• Experience designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered applications from concept through production environments.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, API development, architecture, and system integration.
• Experience with cloud services, relational and vector databases, and AI workload infrastructure.
• Strong client-facing skills to advise stakeholders and translate business challenges into solutions.
• Solid foundation in software development, data engineering, ML, or related technical disciplines.
• Ability to support presales, define solution approaches, estimate scope, and contribute to business development.
• Proactive ownership mindset with adaptability to deliver across evolving projects.
• Excellent communication with technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior decision-makers.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally.
