Rutronik Elektronische Bauelemente GmbH in Gliwice is seeking a Forecast Specialist to coordinate daily order processing from acceptance to shipment. You will serve as the country contact for customers and monitor safety stock levels.

The role requires vocational training in a commercial field, English and Polish fluency, and strong MS Office skills with SAP experience. The position emphasizes teamwork, forecasting and precise demand analysis within an international distribution environment.

Competenze

• Completed vocational training in a commercial field (e.g., industrial clerk, office clerk, wholesale/foreign trade clerk)
• Experience in one of the above areas is a plus
• Teamwork and customer communication with manufacturers and colleagues
• Fluent in English and Polish
• Very good MS Office skills; some SAP experience

Forecast Specialist (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities with us:

• Coordinating day-to-day operations in order processing, from order acceptance to shipment
• Serving as the point of contact for customers
• Recording and monitoring safety stock levels
• Managing consignment inventory
• Initiating internal escalations
• Recording customer complaints
• Preparing reports for customers

Your qualifications:

• Completed vocational training in a commercial field, such as industrial clerk, office clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk, or a comparable field
• Previous work experience in one of the above-mentioned areas is a plus
• You enjoy working in a team and communicating with customers, manufacturers and colleagues
• You are fluent in English and Polish
• Very good Microsoft Office skills and already have some experience with SAP
• Good forecasting, planning, and demand analysis capabilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
