Job summary

RINA in Katowice is seeking a Poland Food Certification Business Support Advisor to join the International Certification Division. The role focuses on supporting certification processes, maintaining customer records, coordinating contracts, orders, and invoicing, and ensuring accurate data management.

Fluent Polish and English are required, with a Bachelor’s in Agriculture/Agronomy/Food Technology and at least 3 years in the food sector.

Qualifications

• Food industry experience (QA, food safety, R&D) preferred.
• Strong data management and documentation skills.
• Experience with invoicing, contracts, and orders is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Fluent Polish and English spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain customer records in the database.
• Process contracts and customer orders accurately.
• Generate invoices and handle payment inquiries.
• Coordinate with departments to fulfill orders timely.
• Communicate order status and documentation to customers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and records.
