Job summary

Rolls Royce Krakow GBS Finance seeks a Senior Finance Professional specializing in Fixed Assets to oversee capital investment governance, financial reporting, and forecasting. You will partner with stakeholders to prepare investment packs for boards and ensure alignment with Group Capital Policy.

Ideal candidates have 6-8+ years in fixed asset accounting, strong IFRS/IAS knowledge, and experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP FI-AA. A hybrid work setup is available in Krakow.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years in fixed asset accounting.
• Strong analytical and technical accounting skills (IAS 16, IAS 36, IFRS 5).
• Experience with intercompany asset transfers and audits.
• Business partnering for investment committee support.

Responsibilities

• Oversee asset capital investment processes and governance.
• Prepare capital project proposals with cost-benefit, NPV, IRR, DCF analyses.
• Coordinate review and approval of capital requests per Group Capital Policy.
• Produce monthly financial reports including accruals, depreciation, and capital commitments.
• Forecast asset program budgets and ensure accurate depreciation calculations.
• Ensure assets are correctly categorized in ERP systems for reporting.
