Rolls-Royce Corporation in Kraków, Poland, seeks a Senior Finance Professional – Fixed Assets to manage capital investment activities, ensure policy compliance, and provide financial oversight for projects. You will partner with stakeholders to prepare investment packs, reports and forecasts for boards and committees.

The role requires strong SAP FI-AA, Excel, and IFRS knowledge, with 6–8+ years in fixed asset accounting and experience with intercompany asset transfers.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA/ACCA or equivalent is required.
• 6-8+ years in fixed asset accounting.
• Advanced SAP FI-AA and Excel skills.
• Experience with intercompany asset transfers and audits.
• Knowledge of IAS/IFRS standards.

Responsabilités

• Prepare capital investment proposals with NPV, IRR and DCF analyses.
• Coordinate review and approval of capital requests per policy.
• Prepare monthly financial reports including depreciation and capital commitments.
• Forecast asset programmes and depreciation准确.
• Ensure governance and compliance with asset policies; drive process improvements.
• Liaise with India GBS on capital lease processes.
