Job summary

The Kraków Rolls-Royce Global Capability Centre is seeking a Senior Finance Professional specializing in Fixed Assets to manage capital investment accounting and reporting. You will support governance, depreciation calculations, and asset categorization across ERP systems while partnering with stakeholders to enable informed decisions.

Ideal candidates have 6–8+ years in fixed asset accounting, strong SAP FI-AA and advanced Excel skills, and experience with IAS 16/IAS 36 and IFRS 5.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with 6–8+ years in fixed asset accounting.
• Strong SAP FI-AA and advanced Excel skills, incl. investment modelling.
• Experience with IAS 16, IAS 36 and IFRS 5; intercompany asset transfers a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee asset capital investment processes and governance.
• Prepare investment packs, NPV/IRR/DCF analyses and depreciation forecasting.
• Ensure correct asset categorization in ERP systems and monthly reporting.
