Job summary

Seargin is seeking a Test Engineer specialized in embedded software to design, develop, and execute tests for firmware across platforms.

You will verify features, maintain test documentation, and support automation, collaborating with firmware and software teams to improve quality and reliability. The role is based in Katowice, Poland, and offers a B2B contract with access to international projects and wellness benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in software testing, embedded testing, or a similar technical role.
• Strong knowledge of C++ and/or Python.
• Previous experience with embedded systems or hardware-close software.
• Understanding of software testing methodologies and test processes.
• Experience with test case design, execution, and defect reporting.
• Ability to analyze technical issues and investigate root causes.
• Good understanding of the interaction between software and hardware.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working with embedded systems or software developed close to hardware.
• Testing Methodologies
