Job summary

Software Mind Poland is seeking an experienced Test Automation Engineer to join our QA team. You will help automate next-generation compliance management systems and drive both functional and regression testing across a high-volume SaaS platform.

The role requires expertise in TypeScript, Webdriver.io, Playwright, and BrowserStack, with strong CI/CD experience. Collaborative Agile work in a hybrid setup is offered along with multiple wellbeing and growth benefits.

Qualifications

6+ years of QA experience in high-volume SaaS platforms.
Experience with TypeScript, Webdriver.io and Playwright frameworks, BrowserStack and Github pipelines.
Minimum 5 years working as a full-time Test Automation Engineer for a customer-facing high-volume SaaS platform.
Minimum 2 years working in an Agile development environment (Scrum or Kanban preferred).
Experience with QA Automation platforms and technologies including CI/CD level automation integration.

UI Framework Implementation to automate solutions that will drive the next generation of compliance management systems.
Functional Verification and Regression Test Automation.
Own solutions and outcomes by automating complex cases and integrating QA automation at the CI/CD level.
Collaborate within Agile teams to develop scalable solutions.
Implement and maintain performance and security testing protocols as part of the automation suite.
Provide detailed reports and insights from automated testing to enhance product quality.

Expectations – the experience you need

6+ years of QA experience in high volume SaaS platforms.
Experience with TypeScript, Webdriver.io and Playwright frameworks, Browserstack and Github pipelines.
Minimum 5 years working as a fulltime Test Automation Engineer for a customer facing high volume SaaS platform.
Minimum 2 years working in an Agile development environment (Scrum or Kanban preferred).
Experience with QA Automation platforms and technologies including CI/CD level automation integration.
Proficiency with specific automation tools like JavaScript, Webdriver.io and Playwright, Browserstack, Tosca, and CI/CD tools like SonarQube or Github pipelines.
Strong problem solving and analytical thinking skills.
