Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a FinOps Lead based in Poland to align cloud infrastructure costs with product economics and business growth. You will act as a finance business partner to Technology and Product leadership, translating usage into actionable financial insights.

You will own cost models, forecasts, and dashboards, work with Finance, Engineering, Product, Data, and HR, and drive cost optimization while supporting strategic investment decisions in a fast-growing tech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with FinOps concepts across cloud platforms and cost governance.
• Ability to translate cloud usage into financial insights for stakeholders.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills to interrogate cost data.

Responsibilities

• Lead cloud cost allocation and governance strategies.
• Model infrastructure costs and unit economics with product teams.
• Forecast cloud spend considering growth and architectural changes.
• Partner with Product and Eng to assess financial impact of new features.
• Provide visibility into gross margin, profitability, and ROIC for cloud costs.
