Revolut in Poland is seeking an External Enquiry Analyst to detect and investigate risks that could affect customers. You will work with the Compliance team to safeguard funds and strengthen protections against financial crime.

The role may include night or weekend shifts to ensure 24/7 coverage and prompt responses to requests from authorities.

You should have a bachelor’s degree, strong English (C1) and Hungarian (C2), and experience in FinCrime or external law enforcement interactions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in FinCrime or external law enforcement context.
• Experience with investigative methodologies and standard tools.

Responsabilidades

• Detect and investigate risks that could impact customers.
• Liaise with Compliance and Legal teams to safeguard funds.
• Prepare documentation for requests from authorities.
• Generate reports and alerts for suspicious activity.
• Discuss financial crime concerns across the company.
