Job summary

Revolut in Poland is hiring an External Enquiry Analyst within Financial Crime Operations to detect and investigate risks that could affect customers. You will collaborate with the Compliance team to safeguard funds and help prevent financial crime using data-driven investigative methods.

You will liaise with law enforcement, respond to court orders and data requests, and prepare clear documentation for third-party inquiries.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree is required and a certificate can be provided.
• Fluency in Romanian (C2) and English (C1+) are required.
• 2+ years in FinCrime or 1+ year with external law enforcement/government exposure.
• Familiarity with analytical tools and investigative methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with law enforcement and the Legal team as necessary.
• Respond to court orders, DPAs, and POs; ensure compliance with POCA and DPA.
• Ensure requests are completed within applicable timelines.
• Prepare documentation for third-party requests.
• Conduct fraud-related investigations based on reports received.
• Generate reports and create alerts for suspicious activity.
• Discuss financial crime concerns with stakeholders across departments.
