Job summary

Revolut’s Financial Crime team blends regulatory expertise with data‑driven thinking to ensure our products meet legal and policy requirements and deliver real value to customers. We’re looking for an External Enquiry Analyst to detect and investigate risks that could impact customers.

You’ll work closely with Compliance to safeguard funds and ensure robust protection. To support 24/7 coverage, this role may include night and weekend shifts, fully compensated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Fluency in English and Italian at C1+ level.
• 2+ years of FinCrime experience or 1+ year dealing with external authorities.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with law enforcement to address requests.
• Respond to court orders, DPAs, and POs; ensure compliance.
• Meet requested time scales for investigations and requests.
• Collaborate with the Legal team as needed.
• Prepare documentation for third-party requests.
• Conduct fraud-related investigations based on reports.
• Generate reports and create alerts for suspicious activity.
• Discuss financial crime concerns with cross-department colleagues.
