Job summary

Revolut Ltd is seeking an External Enquiry Analyst in Poland to detect and investigate financial crime risks. You will collaborate with Compliance and Legal teams to safeguard funds and ensure regulatory compliance. Some shifts may occur at night or on weekends, all fully compensated.

The role requires a degree and strong English plus Italian language skills, plus 2+ years FinCrime experience or related external enforcement exposure. Krakow and Poland locations are listed with salary details.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Fluency in English at C1+ level required.
• Fluency in Italian at C1+ level required.
• 2+ years FinCrime experience or 1+ year external law enforcement exposure preferred.
• Familiarity with investigative methodologies and analytical tools.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with law enforcement and respond to requests.
• Process court orders, DPAs, POs; follow relevant legislation.
• Ensure requests are handled within required timeframes.
• Coordinate with Legal and other departments as needed.
• Prepare documentation for third-party requests and investigations.
• Conduct fraud-related investigations based on reports received.
