Revolut is seeking a FinCrime Analyst to review customer issues and investigate financial crime while collaborating with internal teams and external parties. The role supports 24/7 coverage, with night and weekend shifts that are fully compensated.

You'll liaise with law enforcement and prepare documentation for third-party requests, ensuring timely handling and regulatory compliance across markets.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent written and spoken English and German.
• Experience in a retail bank environment.
• Experience dealing with external law enforcement and government agencies.
• Knowledge of court orders, DPAs and PO, and witness statements.

Aufgaben

• Review and resolve customer issues related to financial crime.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve cases.
• Prepare documentation for third-party requests.
• Generate reports and alerts for suspicious activity.
• Ensure compliance with POCA, DPA and related regulations.

Kenntnisse

Fluency in English (advanced)

Fluency in German (native)

Excellent communication

Retail banking experience

Experience with law enforcement
