Job summary

FABE POLSKA Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Financial Specialist for the S17 expressway project in Lublin Voivodeship. The role focuses on managing bank guarantees, insurance for contracts, and coordination with purchasing and legal teams.

You will participate in negotiations, verify invoices, and support the Finance Office in financial statements and cash flow planning. The position offers a stable environment within a dynamic, international team.

Qualifications

• Min. secondary education in finance, economics or accounting.
• Experience in a similar role is welcome.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Communicative knowledge of English will be an asset.

FABE POLSKA Sp. z o.o., specializing in road and highway construction, is recruiting a Financial Specialist for the S17 expressway construction project on the Izbica - Zamość section in Lublin Voivodeship.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the preparation of bank guarantees and insurance policies necessary for the proper execution of contracts
• Cooperating with the purchasing and legal departments in drafting and agreeing contracts with subcontractors, suppliers and service providers
• Participating in negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers
• Overseeing, coordinating and checking invoices and other financial documents for formal correctness and proper documentation of business transactions
• Actively participating in internal company communication, particularly in creating the budget, financial forecasts and cash flows
• Preparing payment lists and, where applicable, entering them into the banking system
• Processing accounting data for drafts of the Company's financial statements
• Preparing insurance and claims documentation
• Supporting the Finance Office in correctly settling financial transactions
• Complying with internal procedures
• Other assigned tasks

Requirements

• Minimum secondary relevant education (finance, economics, accounting)
• Experience in a similar position welcome
• Communicative knowledge of English will be an additional asset
• Ease of establishing contacts
• Meticulousness, accuracy, commitment
