Job summary

FABE POLSKA Sp. z o.o. recruits a Settlements Specialist for the S17 expressway project on the Izbica - Zamość section in Lublin Voivodeship, Poland.

You will prepare payment applications with the Construction Manager, analyze turnover plans, and issue certificates to Subcontractors based on work progress. The role requires at least 1 year in a similar position, communicative English, B category driving license, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Documented experience in a similar position for at least 1 year, preferably on a design-and-build contract.
• Communicative knowledge of English.
• Driving license category B.
• Ability to establish contacts.
• Meticulous, analytical, accurate, and committed.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to read design documentation.

Responsibilities

• Preparing complete payment applications to the Investor in cooperation with the Construction Manager/Works Managers
• Developing, analyzing and updating turnover and payment plans and the contract's financial schedules
• Preparing payment certificates for Subcontractors based on work progress protocols
• Supporting the contract manager and coordinating contract execution regarding settlements in accordance with the agreement, including contract conditions
• Maintaining records of sales documentation for both the Client and Subcontractors
• Close cooperation with the contractor's personnel at both site and head office level
• Cooperating with the Engineer's and Client's personnel
• Settling materials and preparing payment certificates for suppliers
• Verifying, controlling and reporting on inventory levels
