10Clouds Financial Institutions seeks a Financial Services Consulting Lead to translate banking knowledge into actionable use cases and requirements for AI-driven delivery teams. You will shape offerings, lead client workshops, and develop business cases to drive revenue and efficiency in financial processes.

You will engage with retail, SME and corporate segments, working across onboarding, lending, risk and operations to identify AI-enabled improvements and craft compelling proposals.

10Clouds Financial Institutions builds AI automation for financial organizations, from intelligent lead qualification and credit approval preparation to risk assessment and client engagement workflows. We work with Tier-1 financial institutions and deliver practical, auditable AI systems for real operational environments.

As a Financial Services Consulting Lead you bring financial sector expertise into our client engagements. You understand how banks and other financial institutions work, find where AI and automation improve their processes, and turn that into use cases, business cases and requirements for our delivery teams. You also help shape our financial services offering, including the use cases we build on AIConsole.

Responsibilities

• Apply financial sector expertise. Use practical knowledge of financial institutions' processes, products and customer segments in client engagements and solution design.
• Analyse business processes. Review workflows across sales, onboarding, servicing, lending, risk and operations, and find inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement through AI and automation.
• Advise on financial products. Translate knowledge of banking, lending, payments and other products into business requirements and use cases.
• Understand customer segments. Reflect the needs of retail, affluent, SME and corporate customers in solutions and customer journeys.
• Lead discovery and workshops. Understand current practices, define problems, agree priorities and expected outcomes with the client.
• Develop business cases. Estimate revenue potential, cost reduction, service quality and customer experience.
• Translate business needs into delivery requirements. Work with technical and delivery teams.
• Support client relationships and proposals. Bring sector expertise to discussions, presentations and proposals.
• Develop the financial services offering. Build reusable use cases, consulting methods and recommendations for AIConsole.
