Job summary

Infosys Consulting in Poland is seeking an experienced Microsoft AI & Automation Architect to design and deliver AI-enabled automation and agent solutions for clients. You will blend client engagement, solution architecture and delivery leadership with hands-on implementation using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate and Azure AI Foundry.

Qualifications

• Strong consulting experience in automation, digital transformation, AI or related technology programmes.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate and Copilot Studio.
• Practical experience with generative AI solutions.
• Experience designing workflow automation, AI assistants or agent-based solutions.
• Good understanding of connectors, APIs and enterprise app integration.
• Strong requirements discovery, process redesign and solution-shaping skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Bachelor’s degree; quantitative or technical disciplines are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel — up to around 60% depending on project (UK and international).

Responsibilities

• Lead client workshops to understand business needs, identify automation and AI opportunities, and define requirements.
• Challenge existing processes and help clients redesign them rather than simply automate the current state.
• Shape solution options and explain technical choices, trade-offs and risks to stakeholders.
• Design and deliver solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Automate and Azure AI Foundry.
• Build and configure agents, workflows, integrations, connectors, plug-ins and APIs.
• Design agentic workflows integrating enterprise applications, data sources and AI models.
• Prototype solutions rapidly to validate approaches and demonstrate concepts to clients.
• Provide technical direction to small onshore and offshore delivery teams.
• Allocate work, review outputs and ensure quality.
• Troubleshoot issues and support deployment.
