Job summary

10Clouds Financial Institutions seeks a Senior Claude enablement lead to drive enterprise engagements with international clients. You will own the client relationship, oversee discovery, prioritisation and delivery roadmaps, and coordinate between business teams and technical delivery to translate Claude opportunities into practical improvements.

You will lead workshops, demonstrate Claude workflows, and ensure adoption, measurement and value realization across complex financial programs.

10Clouds Financial Institutions builds AI automation for financial organizations, from intelligent lead qualification and credit approval preparation to risk assessment and client engagement workflows. We work with Tier-1 financial institutions and deliver practical, auditable AI systems for real operational environments.

You lead enterprise Claude enablement engagements. You own the day-to-day client relationship and delivery, and help organisations turn access to Claude into practical improvements in how their teams work. You take an engagement from discovery and use-case prioritisation through implementation, adoption and measurement, manage stakeholders, guide the delivery team and resolve routine challenges independently, involving company leadership when strategic decisions or escalations require it.

What you will own

• Client relationship and stakeholder alignment. Build trust with executive sponsors, business teams and technology stakeholders. Agree objectives, manage expectations, lead progress reviews and handle difficult conversations early.
• Discovery and prioritisation. Understand how teams work, identify valuable applications of Claude, and prioritise use cases by expected impact, feasibility, risk and readiness for change.
• Delivery. Translate priorities into a clear roadmap and actionable backlog. Define scope, responsibilities, acceptance criteria and milestones; manage dependencies, budgets and changes.
• Hands-on enablement. Facilitate workshops, demonstrate relevant applications, and help users build and test prompts and reusable workflows using realistic business examples.
• Adoption and organisational change. Engage managers and internal champions, address resistance, and establish practices that support regular use beyond initial training.
• Business impact. Establish baselines and success measures before rollout. Track adoption, output quality, process performance and costs; distinguish estimated benefits from demonstrated results.
• Enterprise coordination. Work with the client's IT, security, legal and procurement teams to resolve requirements affecting implementation and rollout.
• Next-phase planning. Recommend what to improve, scale or stop, and identify further opportunities supported by client needs and delivery evidence.

You own engagement outcomes and coordinate the specialists needed to deliver them. The technical lead owns architecture and technical implementation. You should be comfortable discussing technical trade-offs and recognising when specialist input is required.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Claude is required: you use Claude yourself, in your own work or in client projects, and can show what you built with it
• Typically 5+ years of experience in business or technology consulting, digital transformation or enterprise delivery
• Proven ownership of enterprise client engagements, including stakeholder relationships, delivery decisions and outcomes
• Experience leading discovery sessions, facilitating workshops and presenting recommendations to senior decision-makers
• Strong process analysis skills and the ability to turn an ambiguous business problem into a practical delivery plan
• Hands-on experience applying Claude and generative AI to business work: you can demonstrate a workflow you developed, explain its limitations and assess the quality of its outputs
• Experience driving adoption and changes in working practices, including addressing low engagement or resistance
• Ability to define meaningful performance measures and build a credible business case without overstating ROI
• Enough technical understanding to work effectively with engineers on integrations, data access, testing and implementation constraints
• Excellent English and confidence working directly with international clients
