Job summary

b2bnetwork is seeking an IT Analyst to design reporting solutions and translate business needs into clear specifications. You will work with Product Owner, analysts, developers and testers to ensure reliable outcomes and maintain strong stakeholder alignment.

You will bridge business and IT, facilitate requirement understanding, and support agile ways of working to manage complexity and deliver value.

Qualifications

• Several years of IT or business solution analysis experience.
• Good understanding of data flow integration.
• Ability to scrutinize data to understand data content and behaviour - experience with SQL.
• Knowledge about trading and/or tax/transaction reporting to authorities.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Job description

1. Design new reporting solutions and provide requirement specifications in close collaboration with the Product Owner, business analysts, other IT Analysts, developers and testers.


2. Together with the Product Owner, collaborate with multiple stakeholders in alignment with the target picture to enable sustainable and reliable solutions.


3. Be the bridge between business and IT development team.


4. Facilitate understanding and impact of requirements from business to technology and vice versa.

In order to fulfill the above you need to be:

• Self-driven team player who can work on a large amount of tasks independently


• Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and enjoy interactions with other people


• Have a good business or technical background with great analytical skills,have good requirement elicitation skills


• Are familiar with agile ways of working and methods (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban),


• Are structured and with your analytical mindset are able to handle complexity.

Must-have knowledge and experience
