Job summary

Ignitis Group Polska is seeking a finance professional to join the team and help manage financial functions. You will prepare monthly reports, support budgeting processes, and analyze key performance indicators to drive improvements.

The role requires strong English and Polish, a degree in finance or economics, and proficiency with MS Office; Power BI is a plus. Hybrid work arrangement and opportunities for career growth are offered.

You will contribute to secure and green energy ecosystem creation by:

• Executing monthly financial reports preparation of the Company
• Supporting to coordinate and manage the preparation of the budget and monthly variance reports
• Monitoring, reporting and analyzing of key financial and operational indicators, giving recommendations for further optimization activities
• Managing ad hoc financial analyses and making presentations
• Participating in Group projects related to accounting, reporting, tax and overall Finance functions
• Participating in Group and local audit processes
• Managing key stakeholder expectations (both business and finance)

Required for this position:

• Degree in Finance, Economics, or similar field
• 3+ year of finance or audit experience in energy sector
• Excellent English and Polish languages skills (both verbal & written)
• Proficient in MS Office programs, Power BI (advantage)
• Knowledge of IFRS, CIMA/ACCA/CFA qualification (advantage)
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen, including the ability to identify and understand key business drivers
• Result-oriented, responsible, proactive and willing to improve
