Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Economics, or similar field.
• 3+ years of finance or audit experience in energy sector.
• Excellent English and Polish (written & spoken).
• Familiarity with IFRS and CIMA/ACCA/CFA qualification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Executing monthly financial reports preparation of the Company.
• Coordinating and managing the budget preparation and monthly variance reports.
• Monitoring, reporting and analyzing key financial and operational indicators with recommendations for optimization.
• Managing ad hoc financial analyses and presenting results.
• Participating in Group projects related to accounting, reporting, tax and overall Finance functions.
• Participating in Group and local audit processes.
• Managing key stakeholder expectations (business and finance).

You will contribute to secure and green energy ecosystem creation by:

• Executing monthly financial reports preparation of the Company
• Supporting to coordinate and manage the preparation of the budget and monthly variance reports
• Monitoring, reporting and analyzingof key financial and operational indicators, giving recommendations for further optimization activities
• Managing ad hoc financial analyses and makingpresentations
• Participating in Group projects related to accounting, reporting, tax and overall Finance functions
• Participating in Group and local audit processes
• Managing key stakeholder expectations (both business and finance)

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Economics, or similar field
• 3+ year of finance or audit experience in energy sector
• Excellent English and Polish languages skills (both verbal & written)
• Proficient in MS Office programs, Power BI (advantage)
• Knowledge of IFRS, CIMA/ACCA/CFA qualification (advantage)
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen, including the ability to identify and understand key business drivers
• Result-oriented, responsible, proactive and willing to improve
