Job summary

Capri Sun Group in Warsaw is seeking a Financial Analyst for DACH and Private Labels. You will support planning, reporting and analysis across Sales, Marketing and Finance, delivering insights to drive pricing, promotions and product launches.

Fluent English is required, German is a plus, with SAP/BI tooling experience preferred. You will collaborate across cross-functional teams, develop financial models and drive improvements in reporting processes using Excel and Power Query in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Business Controlling / FP&A.
Strong Excel skills with Power Query.
Good analytical skills and understanding of business performance.
Experience with SAP or financial reporting/BI tools is an advantage.
Clear communication with different teams; fluent English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support financial planning, forecasting and month-end closing for the DACH and Private Label business.
Prepare regular management reports and analyze sales, costs, profitability and key variances.
Support Sales and Marketing with financial analysis for pricing, promotions, new product launches.
Monitor marketing spend and other costs against budgets and forecasts.
Create financial models and scenario analyses; identify risks and opportunities.
