Job summary

Capri Sun Distribution Sp. z o.o. in Warsaw seeks a Financial Analyst to support the DACH and Private Label business with financial planning, reporting and analysis.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Finance to turn data into actionable insights that guide decisions. The role requires fluent English and Polish, a proactive mindset, strong Excel skills (Power Query), and experience with SAP or BI reporting tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Business Controlling / FP&A.
• Strong Excel skills, including Power Query.
• Good analytical skills and an interest in understanding business performance.
• Experience with SAP or financial reporting/BI tools is an advantage.
• Comfortable working with financial data and preparing clear, structured analyses.
• Good communication skills and confidence working with different teams.
• Proactive, reliable and eager to learn and develop.
• Fluent English; German is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support financial planning, forecasting and month-end closing for the DACH and Private Label business.
• Prepare regular management reports and analyse sales, costs, profitability and key variances.
• Support Sales and Marketing with financial analysis for pricing, promotions, new product launches and other commercial activities.
• Monitor marketing spend, trade investments and other business costs against budgets and forecasts.
• Support the preparation of accruals, provisions and reconciliations in collaboration with Accounting.
• Prepare business cases, financial models and scenario analyses using agreed assumptions.
• Help identify financial risks, opportunities and areas for improvement and communicate findings to the Business Controller.
• Support improvements and automation of reporting and planning processes using Excel, Power Query and available BI tools.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Accounting and other teams to provide accurate and timely financial information.

SCOPE

In this role, you will support the DACH and Private Label business with financial planning, reporting and analysis. Working closely with Sales, Marketing and Finance, you will help turn financial data into clear insights that support business decisions.
