Job summary

Energizer Holdings, Inc. invites applications for a Finance Manager in the DACHPO region. The role covers Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Poland, reporting to the Finance Manager Modern Markets.

You will partner with Sales and Commercial teams to drive profitability and financial rigor. We seek 1–3 years in a Business Partnering role, strong SAP experience, and fluency in English and Polish. A university degree in Finance or Business, plus an accountancy qualification, are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in a Business Partnering position.
• Working knowledge of SAP.
• FMCG exposure with extensive experience working with Commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Annual Business Plan (ABP) & Quarterly Forecasts (QF) with Sales Director and teams.
• Provide business decision support through profitability information and ad-hoc analysis.
• Monthly & Quarterly Close: analyze gross margins, balance sheet reviews and SOX compliance.
