Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Business Controlling / FP&A.
• Strong Excel skills with Power Query.
• Good analytical skills and understanding of business performance.
• Experience with SAP or financial reporting/BI tools is an advantage.
• Clear communication with different teams; fluent English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support financial planning, forecasting and month-end closing for the DACH and Private Label business.
• Prepare regular management reports and analyze sales, costs, profitability and key variances.
• Support Sales and Marketing with financial analysis for pricing, promotions, new product launches.
• Monitor marketing spend and other costs against budgets and forecasts.
• Create financial models and scenario analyses; identify risks and opportunities.

Interviews will be conducted fully in English. ## **SCOPE** In this role, you will support the DACH and Private Label business with financial planning, reporting and analysis.
