Capri Sun Group in Warsaw is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the DACH and Private Label business with planning, reporting and analysis. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing and Finance to turn financial data into insights that drive decisions.

The role requires fluent English and Polish, strong Excel skills (Power Query), and collaboration across teams. SAP or BI tools experience is a plus, and you will operate in a fast-paced, international environment.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in Business Controlling / FP&A.
• Strong Excel skills, including Power Query.
• Good analytical skills and interest in understanding business performance.
• Experience with SAP or financial reporting/BI tools is an advantage.
• Good communication skills and confidence working with different teams.

Responsabilidades

• Support financial planning, forecasting and month-end closing for the DACH and Private Label business.
• Prepare regular management reports and analyse sales, costs, profitability and key variances.
• Support Sales and Marketing with financial analysis for pricing, promotions, new product launches and other commercial activities.
• Monitor marketing spend, trade investments and other business costs against budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare business cases, financial models and scenario analyses using agreed assumptions.

Interviews will be conducted fully in English.SCOPEIn this role, you will support the DACH and Private Label business with financial planning, reporting and analysis.
