Job summary

Deloitte Central Europe is seeking a Finance Transformation Manager to drive complex transformation programs in Poland and internationally. You will blend deep finance expertise with consulting experience to redesign operating models and deliver measurable impact for CFO organizations.

Based in Kraków, you will lead teams, shape target operating models, and guide shared services and automation initiatives across multinational clients.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in consulting, finance transformation, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes and/or enterprise performance management.
• Proven experience in leading finance or GBS transformation initiatives.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and delivering complex transformation projects.
• Background in shared services or GBS environments is an advantage.
• Ability to structure complex business challenges and develop practical solutions.
• Experience in people management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging senior executives.
• Degree in finance, economics, business, or information systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance transformation projects for Polish and international clients.
• Design and deliver operating model transformations, including shared services, automation, and digital finance solutions.
• Develop actionable transformation roadmaps and implementation plans.
• Drive finance automation, digitalization, and process optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance and technology experts.
• Engage with CFOs, finance leaders, and transformation executives.
• Mentor and develop consultants and senior consultants.
• Contribute to business development and client relationship management.
