Accenture Poland is seeking a senior Finance Transformation leader to drive large-scale programs in multinational settings. You will partner with CFOs and Finance leaders to define strategies, design operating models, and deliver measurable business value across OTC, PTP, RTR, FP&A, and Treasury.

The role requires deep expertise in finance processes, ERP platforms, data solutions, and AI-enabled transformation, with a track record of executive relationship management and scalable delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Finance Transformation, Shared Services, or Global Business Services.
• Proven leadership of large-scale programs within multinational settings.
• Experience with OTC, PTP, RTR, FP&A, Treasury.
• Ability to blend finance processes with ERP and data solutions.
• Experience with AI and automation in finance is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead large-scale Finance Transformation programs for global organizations.
• Define CFO operating models and governance structures.
• Drive end-to-end transformation across OTC, PTP, RTR, FP&A, and Treasury.
• Advise clients on operating model redesign and automation.
• Build executive relationships and support business development.
• Lead and mentor consulting teams.
