Job summary

PwC Poland's Enterprise Managed Services (EMS) is expanding within Managed Services Operations. As a Consultant you will join project teams to improve finance processes and operating models for domestic and international clients, collaborating with PwC experts to deliver market-leading finance services across R2R, P2P, O2C and FP&A.

You will gather requirements, map processes, prepare documentation, and support implementation while contributing to business development and knowledge sharing

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in finance, accounting, shared services, business consulting, project delivery or related field.
• Practical knowledge of at least one finance process area (R2R, Consolidation, FP&A).
• Experience with finance transformation, process improvement, system implementation or SSC/GBS development.

Responsibilities

• Review and improve finance processes, operating models and organisational effectiveness.
• Gather and analyse business requirements through interviews, workshops and reviews.
• Prepare process maps, gap analyses, BRDs, project plans and status reports.
• Support design and implementation of solutions across Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, FP&A.
