Job summary

EY Poland is seeking a Consultant/Senior Consultant to join the Business Consulting Finance GBS team in Poznań. You will drive entity‑wide transformation across finance strategy, operating models, and digital finance in an international setting, mentoring teams and delivering value in complex engagements.

The role combines finance expertise with project leadership in a mentor‑driven culture, offering a hybrid work model and opportunities to obtain EY Badges and professional certificates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Consulting or Process Implementation, especially finance-related.
• Experience in process optimisation and finance transformation projects.
• Knowledge of generative AI services and ERP/finance systems.
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA or equivalent ERP experience; system rollout exposure.
• Ability to analyze complex data and create visuals; MS Office & BI skills.
• Strong English communication; travel willingness and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support transformation programs from strategy to operational implementation.
• Design finance operating models, processes and next‑gen digital finance capabilities.
• Work in international, cross‑functional teams on GBS transformations.
• Contribute to benchmark analyses and governance structures.
• Engage in culture development and internal team initiatives.
