Job summary

PwC Polska is seeking a Consultant to join Enterprise Managed Services, working with project teams to review and improve finance processes across R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A, and more. You will gather requirements, map processes, and support design and implementation for international clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, shared services, consulting or project delivery.
• Practical knowledge of at least one finance process area such as Record-to-Report, Consolidation or FP&A.
• Experience contributing to finance transformation projects and practical change.
• Ability to analyse processes and data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Experience preparing process documentation, requirements, presentations or status materials.
• Good project coordination skills with ability to manage tasks and deadlines.
• Fluent English; commercial awareness and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Review and improve finance processes, operating models and organisational effectiveness.
• Gather and analyse business requirements, process information and operational data through interviews and workshops.
• Prepare process maps, gap analyses, BRDs, project plans and status reports for clients.
• Support design and implementation across R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A and broader finance operations.
• Participate in assessments, testing, transition, implementation and stabilisation activities.
• Coordinate project activities, track actions, risks, issues, dependencies and milestones.
• Collaborate with client teams, SMEs, tech specialists and PwC colleagues to deliver outcomes.
• Support data analysis, benchmarking and opportunities for standardisation, optimisation and automation.
• Contribute to recommendations and implementation roadmaps based on findings.
