Antal Poland is seeking a Finance Systems Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of finance technology initiatives in a hybrid Kraków setting. You will drive improvements across reconciliation, general ledger and treasury platforms while coordinating global stakeholders.

You should bring proven finance systems project leadership, PM certifications, and strong communication skills to bridge Finance, IT and business teams in a dynamic international environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing finance systems or technology projects through full lifecycle delivery.
• Project Management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile PM) with Agile or hybrid methodologies.
• Strong understanding of finance systems and core processes in accounting or finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance systems projects from requirements gathering to testing, implementation and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business teams to deliver system enhancements and process improvements.
• Oversee governance, RAID logs, and progress reporting to ensure delivery.
• Coordinate SIT/UAT, training and operational transition.
• Engage stakeholders across global finance and business functions to align requirements and designs.
• Develop process documentation, user guides, and training materials; identify improvements.

Finance Systems Manager

We are now looking for a Finance Systems Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of finance technology projects that will transform how the global Finance organization operates. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional passionate about finance systems, project management, and continuous improvement.

Here are some of the things you can look forward to:

• Lead finance systems projects from requirements gathering and solution design through to testing, implementation, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business teams to deliver system enhancements and process improvements across reconciliation tools, general ledger systems, and treasury platforms.
• Support global business initiatives by conducting impact analysis and implementing system changes aligned with commercial objectives.
• Oversee project governance — manage steering committees, RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies) logs, and progress reporting to ensure effective delivery.
• Coordinate system testing (SIT/UAT), manage training, and ensure successful operational transition.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement across global finance and business functions to ensure requirements, processes, and system designs are clearly defined.
• Develop process documentation, user guides, and training materials while identifying continuous improvement opportunities.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience managing finance systems or technology projects through full lifecycle delivery.
• Project Management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile PM) and experience using Agile or hybrid methodologies.
• Strong understanding of finance systems (GL, reconciliation, consolidation, or planning tools) and core finance processes.
• Background in accounting or finance (qualification or relevant experience).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to bridge Finance, IT, and business functions.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA or MS Project.
• Skills in tools such as Power BI, SQL, SharePoint, Excel, Access.

Desirable:

• Experience with cloud-based finance systems implementation.
• Understanding of system integration and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with change management and user adoption strategies.
• Experience working within financial services or other regulated environments.
