Job summary

Rolls-Royce Kraków Global Capability Centre is hiring a Finance Professional to join the Global Business Services finance team on a three-year fixed-term contract. The role focuses on accurate accounting, reporting and period-end close in line with IFRS/local GAAP and statutory requirements, supporting internal controls and audit readiness.

You will manage day-to-day general ledger transactions, perform reconciliations, prepare journals, and assist in month-end closing and consolidation.

Qualifications

• Qualified or Part Qualified CA/CPA/ACCA or equivalent.
• Experience with SAP FI/CO and intercompany close processes.
• Advanced Excel skills including macros.
• Understanding of IFRS and UK GAAP.
• Experience with month-end close cycles.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day general ledger transactions and reconciliations.
• Post manual journal entries and review balances.
• Support period-end close and consolidation activities.
• Prepare intercompany reconciliations and report discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS/UK GAAP and internal controls.
• Assist in data accuracy and audit readiness.
