Job summary

Demant Polska Finance Shared Services in Szczecin seeks a Finance Process Automation Specialist to identify automation opportunities, simplify processes, and develop practical solutions that improve efficiency and quality. You will work closely with accounting and finance teams to develop end-to-end automation from analysis to deployment.

The role covers the full lifecycle, including business analysis, development, testing, documentation, and end-user support, with hybrid work options and growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, IT, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience working with business processes in Accounting, Shared Services, or a similar environment.
• Fluent in Polish and proficient in English, including working with global stakeholders and technical documentation.
• Advanced practical knowledge of MS Excel, VBA and PowerQuery.
• Experience automating finance or accounting processes.
• Practical understanding of one or more accounting areas.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working independently.
• Curious about new technologies and committed to continuous improvement.
• Can effectively communicate with business users and translate their needs into workable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Create process maps to support process analysis, standardization, optimization, and automation.
• Deliver training, knowledge sharing, and end-user support related to automation solutions.

We are looking for a Finance Process Automation Specialist to join our Finance Shared Services organization in Szczecin. In this role, you will work closely with accounting and finance teams to identify automation opportunities, simplify processes, and develop practical solutions that improve efficiency and quality. You will be involved in the full solution lifecycle, from business analysis and development to testing, deployment, documentation, and end-user support.

• Can analyze end-to-end processes, identify root causes, and distinguish between opportunities for simplification, standardization, and automation.
