Job summary

Demant Diagnostics invites a Business Process Partner - Finance to join our Rosówek production facility, working with global manufacturers, brand owners, and sales teams to refine finance processes within ERP.

You will partner with the Business Process Owner and stakeholders to identify improvements, coordinate initiatives, and ensure Finance solutions meet business needs while developing your IT and process optimization skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting experience in a finance function.
• Experience with group reporting or controlling processes is a plus.
• Interest in IT-enabled process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Co-create and improve Finance processes with Global Process Owners.
• Represent Finance needs in process and system initiatives.
• Support adoption of new processes and ways of working.
• Coordinate with IT and business stakeholders to harmonize processes across markets.

You will be based at our production facility in Rosówek while working closely with manufacturers, brand owners, and sales companies around the world.

As a Business Process Partner, you will work closely with the Business Process Owner and key stakeholders across the organization to identify improvement opportunities, coordinate initiatives, and contribute to the development and implementation of Finance solutions within ERP.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Co-create and continuously improve Finance processes together with Global Process Owners and key stakeholders.
• Represent Finance business needs in process and system initiatives.
• Contribute Finance expertise to process improvements and transformation projects.
• Facilitate alignment between Finance, IT, and business stakeholders.
• Drive collaboration to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Share best practices and insights to support process harmonization across markets.
• Contribute to the successful adoption of new processes and ways of working
• Overall, you will work with colleagues across our global organization to help ensure that Finance processes and systems support business needs in an effective and practical way.

Your profile:

• have an educational background within Economics, Finance, or International Business;
• 2+ years of accounting experience; familiarity with group reporting or controlling processes;
• experience working in a global setup and experience from ERP projects deploying a global template is an advantage;
• have a strong interest in how IT can support business processes and understand the importance of process optimization and strategy;
• operational knowledge and practical experience working with Navision 2009 will be highly beneficial;
• a team player with drive and passion;
• have great analytical skills, sharp, curious, mature;
• fluent in English;
• have an international profile.
