Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in finance governance, accounting, audit, or planning in a complex matrix environment.
• Solid accounting knowledge including group reporting experience.
• Strong analytical capability with data interpretation and root-cause analysis.
• Hands-on experience with SAP, ServiceNow, and Excel/Power BI.
• Process improvement with focus on automation.
• Experience navigating cross-functional issues.

Responsibilities

• Governing master data and processes for timewriting, budget, CAPEX and postings.
• Governing data readiness and system setup with HR, GSD, and Finance stakeholders.
• Governing budget releases and data reconciliation across systems.
• Leading root-cause analysis and resolution of complex issues.
• Advising Project Managers and Finance on standards and controls.
• Driving end-to-end process improvements across D&T.
