Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków (HEINEKEN Global Shared Services) is seeking an experienced FP&A/Business Controller to coordinate and execute financial planning and analysis across the organization. You will lead FP&A processes, build dashboards in Power BI, and support senior management with insights and strategic recommendations.

The role requires a Master’s in finance or accounting and at least 8 years of experience, with strong data storytelling, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in finance, accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in business controlling, FP&A, and finance-related project delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with ability to influence senior leaders.
• Very good understanding of financial statements, controlling practices and accounting principles.
• Experience with Power BI, Anaplan, SAP, Teams and SharePoint; familiarity with Copilot and programming concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and ensuring accuracy of FP&A and business control processes across monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc activities.
• Conducting financial and business analyses to support decision-making, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Preparing quality performance reports, management presentations and Power BI dashboards for stakeholders.
• Leading data processing improvements, automation initiatives and standardisation across regions.
• Building strong business partnering relationships with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain and Planning teams.
