Job summary

Resolve is the fastest growing mortgage broker focused on technology-driven customer experience. Based in Poznań, we seek a Finance Specialist to manage financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support growth.

You will handle AP/AR, invoicing, payroll, pricing, and partner commissions while collaborating with Business, Operations and Product teams to optimise processes. You will prepare reports, analyse financial data to identify trends, assist in budgets and forecasts, and work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or related field; advanced degree/certifications a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in finance roles.
• Strong analytical abilities with interpreting complex financial data and providing insights.
• Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting techniques.
• Knowledge of financial systems and software (ERP, spreadsheets, analytics tools).
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Familiarity with IFRS or Swiss GAAP is a plus; Swiss financial regulations desirable; English fluency required; French or German a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and payroll.
• Enter partner invoices in accounting software and CRM; prepare and send customer invoices.
• Follow-up and establish partners' commissions; weekly bank reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax filings; support audits.
• Prepare balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements; provide insights for decision making.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasts; monitor variances and advise on corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Business teams to automate financial processes.
