Job summary

Nordea Bank Norge ASA in Warsaw is seeking a student to complement university studies with a part-time role in international finance. Duration is a minimum of 1.5 years, with responsibilities in market data management and control within Group Finance.

You will analyze controls, interact with stakeholders, and help develop enhanced market data processes while gaining insight into valuation of financial instruments and derivatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master student in finance, engineering or mathematics.
• At least 1.5 years left in your studies.
• Strong interest in financial markets and valuation of instruments/derivatives.
• Excellent Excel user with interest in programming (SQL, Python).
• Available in late afternoons: 15:00–18:00 (3PM-6PM).

Responsibilities

• Managing the quality, controlling and distribution of market data.
• Follow-up and analyze controls daily with internal stakeholders (Trading, IT, Risk, Finance).
• Participate in development of market data controls by proposing ideas and increasing efficiency.
• Interact with internal consumers for market data and control departments to understand demand and deliver solutions.
