Job summary

GFT Poland is seeking an experienced Business/ Functional Analyst to join a project in the banking industry. You will analyze payments processes, translate requirements into functional specs, and manage the backlog in collaboration with stakeholders.

The role requires strong IT BA skills, experience with Agile delivery, and familiarity with regulatory and risk considerations. Hybrid working arrangement available in Poland.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business/functional analysis in payments domain.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Experience in managing and prioritizing product backlog with stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile delivery and cross-functional collaboration.
• Python experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform business and functional analysis of payments processes.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Create, manage, and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Work closely with developers, testers, and risk specialists in an Agile delivery model.
• Support testing activities, including review of test scenarios and validation of delivered functionalities.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet regulatory and risk management requirements.
• Maintain effective communication with business, risk, and technology stakeholders.
