Sungrow Europe poszukuje praktykanta finansowego w Polsce, aby wesprzeć zespół finansowy w przygotowywaniu analiz, raportów i dokumentacji księgowej. Oferujemy praktyczne doświadczenie w szybkorosnącej firmie greentech, działającej w sektorze inwerterów słonecznych, magazynowania energii i ładowania pojazdów EV.

Profil idealny: studia z zakresu finansów/rachunkowości/ekonomii, dobra znajomość Excela, umiejętność pracy zespołowej i chęć nauki.

Qualifications

• Obecnie studiujesz finanse, rachunkowość, ekonomię lub pokrewną dziedzinę.
• Dobra znajomość MS Office, w tym Excel.
• Dobrze rozwinięte umiejętności analityczne i dbałość o szczegóły.
• Umiejętność pracy zespołowej i dobra organizacja pracy.
• Chęć nauki i rozwoju w dziale finansów.
• Doświadczenie w księgowości lub finansach będzie dodatkowym atutem, ale nie jest konieczne.
• Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie B2 mile widziana.

Responsibilities

• Wsparcie zespołu finansowego w przygotowywaniu analiz finansowych, podsumowań i raportów zarządczych, także raportów okresowych.
• Wspomaganie księgowania i przetwarzania faktur sprzedaży oraz kosztowych i dokumentacji księgowej zgodnie z procedurami.
• Pomoc w monitorowaniu należności i zobowiązań oraz przygotowywaniu powiązanych raportów.
• Wsparcie uzgadniania sald z klientami i dostawcami.
• Wsparcie procesów administracyjnych w finansach, archiwizacja dokumentów i przygotowanie danych do analizy.
• Współpraca z innymi działami przy obiegu dokumentów i wymianie informacji finansowych.

Your mission

Cześć i witaj w Sungrow! We're excited to welcome a curious, motivated student to our finance team as a Finance Intern - Poland. You'll get hands‑on insight into how a growing greentech company keeps its numbers in shape.

Curious what this is all about? Let's dive right in:

• Support the finance team in preparing financial analyses, summaries and management reports, including periodic reports.

• Assist in recording and processing sales and cost invoices and complete accounting documentation according to our procedures.

• Help monitor receivables and payables and prepare the related reports.

• Support the reconciliation of balances with customers and suppliers.

• Support administrative processes in finance, including document archiving and data preparation for further analysis.

• Work with other departments on document flow and the exchange of financial information.

Your profile

• You have good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.

• You are studying Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.

• You bring strong analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy.

• You communicate and organize yourself well, and you enjoy working in a team.

• You are eager to learn and to grow with new tasks.

• Previous experience in accounting or finance is a plus, but not a must.

• Polish and English at B2 level or higher are a plus.
