Job summary

Sungrow Europe is seeking a diligent administrative support person for our new factory in Kobierzyce/Magnice, Poland. The role focuses on daily office operations, coordinating housing, transport, and supplier interactions, while supporting production teams and document flow.

Ideal candidates bring Chinese/Polish/English language skills (C1), strong organization, and familiarity with MS Office. You will help implement procedures and ensure smooth office functionality in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Languages: Chinese, Polish and English at C1 level.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize daily tasks.
• Knowledge of local resources and service providers in Wrocław/Magnice area.
• Experience in administrative or office work; production or international exposure is a plus.
• Ability to work with documents, reports and standard office tools (MS Office).
• Excellent communication, reliability and responsible work ethic.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and support new processes.

• Fluency in Chinese, Polish, and English (C1 level)
