Responsibilities

• Support credit checks and credit data maintenance for customers.
• Monitor shared mailboxes and route requests to the right team.
• Review customer open items and identify issues for investigation.
• Assist with invoicing questions and payment inquiries.
• Support overdue invoice collection activities and liaise with collections.
• Investigate invoicing queries and minor write-offs as needed.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, and internal stakeholders for resolution.
• Prepare and update process docs and work instructions.

Your responsibilities:

• Support the team in performing credit checks, obtaining credit assurance and maintaining credit and financial master data for customers where relevant
• Monitor shared mailboxes and route incoming requests to the appropriate team members
• Support the review of customer open items and identify items requiring further investigation
• Help resolve basic customer queries related to invoices and payments
• Support overdue invoice collection activities (follow-up with customers, forwarding cases to external collection agency)
• Investigate invoicing queries/payment deductions from customers; identify need for credit notes, refunds or minor write-offs
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, and other internal stakeholders to obtain information required for issue resolution
• Prepare and update process documentation and work instructions under the guidance of experienced team members
