Job summary

Besins Healthcare Poland is seeking an experienced Financial Controller in Warsaw to support the Polish affiliate and regional PL-CIS cluster. You will own monthly closings, FP&A, and reporting, partnering with leadership to influence decisions in a lean, fast-growing environment.

You will work on budgeting, forecasting, and model development, ensuring Polish accounting standards and IFRS compliance while collaborating with internal and external audits.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of controlling, accounting, or FP&A experience (pharma or FMCG a plus).
• Strong knowledge of Polish accounting standards, tax regulations, and IFRS.

Responsibilities

• Act as finance partner for the Warsaw team.
• Lead monthly closing and ensure accurate local reporting.
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Prepare local and cluster reporting packages and ad hoc analyses.
• Monitor cash flow, AP/AR, and profitability insights for PL-CIS.
