Job summary

Siemens Software is seeking a Business Analyst for the Quantitative Data Intelligence team in Poznań. You will bridge Finance stakeholders and software teams, gather and translate business requirements, and support data-driven solutions. You will create dashboards using Power BI or Tableau to inform operational and financial decisions.

Attend to UAT, document processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment. Fluent English required, 2+ years of BA experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear functional and technical requirements
• Support solution design by ensuring proposed functionality aligns with business objectives
• Validate delivered solutions through user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate issue resolution
• Create and maintain functional documentation, process maps, and training materials
• Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau to support operational and financial decision-making
• Monitor key business and operational metrics and provide actionable insights
