Job summary

Philip Morris International in Krakow offers a Finance Controlling Intern position within a hybrid work setup. The role targets students or recent graduates in finance and accounting to gain hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis while collaborating with international colleagues.

You will support monthly closing activities, data validation, and development of practical finance skills in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Last-year student or within 1 year after graduation in Finance/Accounting.
• Available for 30h+ per week.
• Proficient in English and Polish, with good MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Support budget and forecast preparation using PMI budgeting tools.
• Learn balance sheets, income statements and cash flows including month-end.
• Review internal documents and validate data.
• Extract information and perform data validation.
• Reconcile monthly and quarterly reports.
• Support senior staff with daily tasks using finance tools.
• Learn accounting transactions.
• Collaborate across the department on financial tasks.
